Design

  • Understanding Requirements - The designer carefully analyzes the client's needs through discussions, using the floor plan to assess the space and specifications.

  • Site Visit & Measurements - The designer visits the house or flat to take precise measurements based on the agreed-upon requirements.

  • Detailed Drawings: A comprehensive drawing is prepared and shared with the client for review.

  • Final Approval & Production - Once finalized through mutual agreement, the approved drawings are sent to the factory for production.

Production

  • Factory Coordination - The factory manager and designer discuss and confirm all necessary details to ensure accuracy.

  • Reverification of Measurements - A follow-up visit to the house or flat is conducted to recheck actual measurements and confirm them against the drawings received in the factory.

  • Production Scheduling - Based on the project manager’s confirmation of the site status, production is scheduled on a mutually agreed date with the client.

Execution

  • Project Implementation Planning - The team head carefully plans the implementation in advance and ensures installation begins immediately upon product delivery.

  • Safe & Efficient Transportation - Our in-house logistics team handles the transportation of furnishings, ensuring safe and timely delivery to the site.

  • Installation Timeline - The client is informed of the expected installation duration based on the scope and volume of work.
